第二類CE認證機構：國內測試機構同歐盟的公告機構合作的合資公司，這類機構依然可以如第一類認證機構一樣，能夠頒發具有NB號的EC Type證書。一般情況下，這類CE認證的測試工作都在國內的合資實驗室進行。這種證書的被認可程度同第一類。

第三類CE認證機構：由中國任何具有技術能力的試驗室進行檢測和頒發該試驗室的CE證書，費用低時間也相對少。但是，對于沒有獲得歐洲實驗室資格認可的實驗室出具的CE報告或證書獲歐盟經銷商的認可程度低，經常有不被進口商接受或不被管理機構認可的情況發生。
