EVPU is a recognizedCertification Body in Slovakia, EVPU approval is mandatory. The validity periodof the EVPU certificate is three years, during which all applications can applyfor revocation of the certificate, and after three years the certificate willautomatically become invalid.
Certificationprocedure:
1. Initial consultation
The applicant provides a brief introduction of the enterprise and adescription of the status of the product to be certified, such as: producttype, name, parts list, drawings, working principle diagram, technicalparameter table, instructions for use, etc.
2. Sign agency agreement.
The principal (applicant) and the agent (International CertificationOnline) sign an agency contract to further clarify the responsibilities, powersand obligations of both parties in the form of a written contract to ensurethat both parties can closely cooperate in the application process, so that theapplication work can be carried out smoothly and achieve the desired purpose.
3.Provide formal application form and structuralparameter list.
This is an important document for the application of EVPU. Theapplicant can provide relevant information to entrust us with the task of translatingand filling it out. After signing and stamping, the applicant will send it backto the EVPU authorities.
4. Application confirmation
Upon receipt of the formal application form and the structuralparameter table, the application will be formally confirmed in writing within2-3 weeks, and the invoice, factory inspection questionnaire and otherinformation will be sent.
5. Send sample
When the EVPU application is confirmed, it will inform the specificsampling requirements and the relevant standards on whichthe test is based. We can assist applicants in obtaining relevant standards andclearing all relevant test items and testing methods. Samples must be sent tothe laboratory safely and accurately for testing by EMS as required by thestandards.
6. Certification
If the sample isqualified, the EVPU official will inform the customer of the result in time,and the EVPU certificate will be issued soon.
